Incredibly insignificant.
I find some odd sense of joy in watching all those youtube videos of ghosts and aliens that are a lot like this. They don't do anything to prove they're not real, and they're usually completely unconvincing. But every once in a while they're kind of creepy, anyway.

Seen this awhile ago, and it looks pretty ridiculous in the video. Not sure why it got so much attention.
